Vanessa is the heartbeat of our firm, someone who brings a rare combination of efficiency, warmth, and precision to everything she does. As Office Manager, she keeps the workplace running smoothly with a keen eye for organization and a deep commitment to client care. With a background in real estate operations, transaction coordination, and personal lines insurance, she brings a wealth of administrative experience and a love for process to her role.
Born and raised in Illinois, Vanessa earned her associate’s degree in Business Administration and an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Joliet Junior College. She has held roles as a Personal Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry, Director of Operations in residential real estate, and Director of Agent Services within a real estate brokerage setting. She thrives on learning how to help protect clients’ assets, minimize risk, and foster meaningful relationships within the firm.
Known for being sharp, empathetic, and fast on her feet, Vanessa is a vital part of both our internal team and every client’s experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends in Chicago’s West Loop and going to the gym.
