ATTORNEY'S BIO

Hani brings a dynamic blend of experience, empathy, and strategic insight to her legal practice, with a focus on business representation and estate planning services tailored to families, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as Director of Communications for the Business Law Society and contributed to the Health Law Journal.

Hani’s legal background includes experience at Troutman Pepper Locke, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial real estate, and fund formation. Prior to entering the legal profession, she worked as a middle school teacher—an experience that continues to inform her thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Outside of her practice, Hani is an engaged community leader. She serves on the board of the Fry Family YMCA and has long been active in the Girl Scouts organization. A mother of three daughters, she is passionate about mentorship, service, and expanding opportunities for families and youth.
She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family, and is committed to helping her clients grow, protect, and pass on what matters most—with confidence and care.
